Dr Ekow Nyarko Dadzie-Dennis is currently the Practice Director of Dennis-Dennis Management Consulting Ltd. He is in charge of Risk Management, Regulatory Investigation and Enforcement, Fraud and White Collar Investigations, and Forensic Audit/Examination.

He has 30 years of progressively impressive experience in Financial Services sector and have worked for over 30years in the Financial Sector of Ghana and other related fields. In his 30 years of dedicated service, Ekow has acquired great experience and excellent knowledge in the following areas; international banking and finance, strategic management, operational risk and information management, organisational behaviour, quantitative methods, financial markets, corporate finance, retail banking, micro finance and leasing, treasury management, forensic auditing and accounting and corporate governance. He also brings on board, good knowledge in action learning research, business promotion and performance management, business intelligence and business strategy development. He is a Fellow of Institute of Bankers, Ghana.

He is a woman rights activist and a youth life coach. Many young women and men have become who they are today because of his life coach programs

From a teaching family, Ekow was infused with a passion for learning that led him to obtain various qualification from some top educational centres and institutions across the world. Ekow is an experienced fellow banker, management accountant, forensic accountant, consultant, and a strategist and has served on multiple boards as a director and chairman. Ekow is innately curious with a deep love for positive change and action learning, Ekow strives to lead Dennis-Dennis with high standards of integrity and a long-term pursuit of excellence.

Miss Balchisu Karim

She is the Practice Director of Financial Institutions. Balchisu’s strength is business performance and financial strategy development.

Balchisu Karim manages a broad portfolio of responsibilities including serving as the chair of Dennis-Dennis’s Management Committee, leading its Corporate Services teams, overseeing the firm’s overall financial performance and policies, and helping guide its long-term growth.

Miss Balchisu has over 15 years of experience in senior management roles for a variety of mission-driven and high-impact professional service organizations in the financial sectors.

Prior to joining Dennis-Dennis Miss Balchisu served as the Director of Finance of Blue Grape Ghana Limited. Blue Grapes Ghana Ltd is an indigenous Ghanaian business engaged in Yam production for the local and foreign markets, poultry production for the local market, and production of poultry feed for the local market.

Previously, Balchisu had undertaken the following roles at uniBank Ghana Limited. She was the Corporate Sales Manager: 03/2009- 11/ 2011 uniBank (Ghana) Ltd. She was in charge of Business Portfolio Growth and Relationship Management of Clients. She then moved to the Finance and Strategy department of the bank where she was the Business Finance & Strategy Manager between the period; November, 2011 to September 2013. She further held a number of positions in uniBank between the period of September 2013 to November 2018 where she was the Financial Controller of the bank.

She has excellent knowledge, skills and with great experience in the following fields; business and finance strategy, corporate finance, retail banking, financial sector relationship management, business intelligence and data analytics, risk management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Mr. Abdul-Fatawu Alhassan

Mr. Alhassan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm) and MBA (Finance) degrees from University of Cape Coast, Ghana, an M.Phil. in Industrial Finance and Investment from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.

He has over a decade of experience in banking and finance. He joined uniBank (Ghana) Limited, now consolidated bank Limited, in 2005 as Finance Officer and worked exceedingly hard and diligently to rise through the ranks to become the Financial Controller. He has vast experience and working knowledge in financial reporting of banks, budgeting and budgetary control, business performance management, business and accounting valuations, capital raising and management, due diligence and financial modelling among others – in offering advisory services with a professional touch. He is an exceptional communicator, with exceptional presentation and business skills.

He is a Chartered Accountant. A member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

Alhassan works with the company’s legal support team to handle all Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution issues that clients face
